Okay, time for some random banter about my life. BECAUSE I CAN.
Right so, life outside the internet. As of the other week I am not longer an art major as I have transferred to the Digital Media major in the School of Media Arts and Studies, blah blah university. So basically video games/CG animation, etc. Not entirely sure how that'll go yet, but. idk. I... need to start focusing more on scholarships, I think. Especially if I end up taking 5/6 years total to graduate.
I HAVE A CAR BUT I CAN'T DRIVE IT YET??? because I fail and also it's standard shift which I need to learn. I fail because I STILL don't have my driver's license but like. durng school no one ever has time to help me practice driving and whatnot sob. So that is a thing that will happen this summer and then I will be able to drive myself around and it will be great (except for the part where gas costs an arm and two legs anymore but whaddya gonna do). As soon as I can drive comfortably I'm going to start applying for jobs. My family keeps telling me I should apply now so that by the time I have my license I might get/have one sooner. But what the hell am I supposed to put on the application as for the times I'm available? My schedule revolves around when my parents/sister can tote me around and sometimes they can't and that's not really something I can predict that far in advance. If nothing else I'm going to try for work study or PACE next year so I can at least have some sort of income.
I've taken three music theory courses now and I'd like to take more but I don't think there are any more courses for nonmajors. I really want to start writing music, but I'm worried that once I stop taking music theory I just won't think about it enough to start doing it and it will be one of those many projects that I think about doing a lot and maybe start but then never go anywhere with it... (fuuuuu)
Switching from quarters to semesters in a couple years THAT IS GOING TO THROW ME OFF SO BAD FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
anyway.
My sister has two snakes now, Riffraff the cornsnake (she's had her for a while now) and Bagheera the red tailed boa (she just got him the other day). BAGHEERA IS SO CUTE and I want to go to classes with him coiled around my wrist but I think that would be kind of distracting for other students..........
blah bluh okay I think that's enough tl;dr rambling for now. 18 minutes left til I gotta leave for music theory anyway. I kinda hope he got our midterms graded.... 8T /rolls around
